This four-hour course offers plumbers in Colorado a comprehensive outline of the structure and functionality of residential water heaters. The training also includes valuable resources regarding federal updates to residential energy standards, such as the recent mandate requiring all water heaters to switch to heat pump technology by 2029.

- Gas and electric water heater terminology
- Water heater models approved for use in the U.S.
- Water heater components and their operations
