  1. Meet the minimum experience requirements:
    1. Have at least 4 years experience performing or supervising plumbing work
    2. Possess a Social Security number or ITIN
    3. Be at least 18 years old
  2. Submit a completed application for licensure with applicable fees
  3. Qualifying Party must take and pass exams
